How do I get to 77?

Address: 77 Welbeck Street, London W1G 0BB.

Tube: Bond Street (Elizabeth Line, Central Line, and Jubilee Line) is less than a minute away. Oxford Circus is approximately 15-minute walk.

 

How do I book tickets?

Tickets are sold via Resident Advisor (RA), DICE, and CASA only. Tickets purchased through unofficial channels are not accepted or eligible for refunds.

Can I purchase tickets on the door? 

Tickets may be available online until 2am, subject to availability. Limited door tickets may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Is there an age restriction?

77 is a 19+ venue. Valid physical photo ID is required.

 

Do I need to bring ID? What is accepted?

Passport (UK or international), provisional or full driving licence, or Biometric Residence Permit. ID must be physical, valid, and scannable.

 

Is there a dress code? 

Smart dress is encouraged. No swimwear, gym wear, or shorts. Trainers must be clean and smart. No sliders or flat open-toe shoes. Headwear and sunglasses may be refused.

Management reserve the right to refuse entry. 

 

What happens if I am late? 

Late entry is not guaranteed and may be subject to capacity. Please check the time on your purchased ticket. Late entry fees may apply.

 

Can I re-enter the venue? 

Re-entry is not permitted unless authorised by management.

 

How do I book a table?

Table bookings are available. Availability and minimum spend apply.

How should I behave? 

Zero tolerance for harassment or inappropriate behaviour. Guests may be refused entry or asked to leave.

 

What if I feel unsafe?

Guests feeling unsafe may approach staff or Ask for Angela to receive discreet assistance.

 

Do you search bags? 

Small bags, including rucksacks, are permitted. Large bags may be refused. All bags are subject to search.

We have a NO drugs policy. Drugs and alcohol found may be confiscated and entry may be denied. 

 

Is there a cloakroom? 

A cloakroom is available. A small fee applies for each item. Space is limited so we cannot guarantee large bags (beyond a standard rucksack size). 77 do not take responsibility for any items left. 

 

How do I request a refund or make a complaint? 

For ticket refunds, please contact the ticketing channel directly. Complaints and refunds cannot be handled through social media. 

 

Is there wheelchair access?

77 is accessible via lifts. In a case of an emergency, we encourage customers to use the stairs.
